Ok, first of all, this isnt the song that the two should be compared upon... this isnt one of Elaine's "signature" pieces... Susan did a version of Memory, which is the song that should be in the comparison... but if we must compare this song, then they each have different interpretations of it. There is no debating that Susan has an amazingly powerful and remarkable, if untrained voice, but on a purely nuanced level Elaine wins hands down...
